Limitless Movie Review: Chernobyl Diaries

Chernobyl Diaries, 2012

This movie TOTALLY scared me! This is the horror/thriller movie I’m talking about and have been waiting for! Cabin in the Woods was the last film that totally scared me like this and I’ve been waiting for something like this since ‘Cabin’. I didn’t know what happened to Chernobyl ’til I saw the trailer, I did a little research and BOOM, I was really interested in the film. Spooky, scary and thrilling is written all over this film and I never wanted to remove my focus from the film. The scenery was amazing and the concept is the first from Chernobyl. Though the storyline is common among this kind of film, Chernobyl Diaries smashed them all and gave a new flavor for this genre. This is classic horror/thriller! The actors did a great job, too. I didn’t know Jesse McCartney was in it until I saw the film, he did great as well. Every scene is nerve-wrecking and every encounter is heart-pounding, the true elements of a scary film. I’d say this is better than Paranormal Activity and I am expecting for a sequel, hopefully they’ll do another one.

well I think if this movie is disrespectful, then isn’t the movie Titanic insensitive for the victims of the incident? Well they’re diff genres but they’re both fictional based on true events right? Give it a try, a movie’s task is to entertain 😀
